Terms & Conditions

  • The renter is fully responsible for the rental equipment. The equipment is not insured. In the event of damage (breakage, loss, or theft), the current value of the rental equipment must be paid.
  • However, insurance can be taken out for 10% of the rental fee. In the event of damage (breakage, loss, or theft), only the following deductible will be payable: Ski Exclusiv 50 euros, Ski Premium 100 euros.
  • In the event of loss or theft of the rental equipment, the customer must report the incident to the police.
  • The rental agreement may be terminated early by returning the rental equipment. However, there is no general entitlement to a refund of the unused portion of the rental fee.
  • Any partial refund is at the discretion of the rental company. Refunds will be granted in the event of illness and or accident upon presentation of a medical certificate.
